Comparison of SINR performance with varying factor of α. In Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, we describe the impact of different values of α and β on the network performance. In specific, the values of α and β represent the weight of QoS and power consumption in the system. In Fig. 4, when the value of α is small, the SINR of UEs performs worse due to the lower weight of QoS. It is shown that the satisfaction of UEs improves when the value of α increases
