- Update the average regret vector $R_{m}^{{\bar{t}}_{m}} (k)$ using the recursion in (21)
- Update the probability distribution $φ_{m}^{{\bar{t}}_{m}} (k)$ in (22) and select the transmit beamformer t_m(k) based on updated $φ_{m}^{{\bar{t}}_{m}} (k)$ .
- Calculate the new transmit power p_m based on selected t_m(k) using (10).
