Transmission capacity as a function of outage probability ϵ for the dual-hop relaying at the end-to-end spectral efficiency R = 1 bps/Hz in Rayleigh fading channel with path loss exponent α = 4, noise variance σ² _R = σ² _D = 1, transmitting power P _S = P _R = 25 dB, and interference power P _iR = 0.05 × P _S ( P _iR = P _iD ). Dual-hop relay is compared with direct transmission for different distance d _SR = d _RD = 0.5,1.5 and 2 when distance between source and destination $d_{SD}=d_{SR}\times \sqrt{3}$.
