The proposed S-III and S-IV cross-layer FEC schemes. In these schemes, the video slices are prioritized at the AL and two layers of FEC coding at the AL and the PL are performed. We perform UEP/EEP LT coding at the AL and EEP RCPC coding at the PL. In S-III, we have k₁=k₂=k₃=k₄=1 for EEP LT coding.
