Cellular network model. We analyze the network performances of the typical user UT₀ belonging to the central cell. Two frequency reuse patterns are considered: the FR1 pattern in which all cells are active simultaneously; and the FR3 pattern, in which three groups of access points are active simultaneously on three orthogonal bands (e.g., cells 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18 are simultaneously using the same frequency band).
