The average rates of FBSs vary with the increase of ε _m from 0 to 1 in different interference thresholds:$I_m^t=N_0$,$I_m^t=10N_0$, and$I_m^t=100N_0$, respectively. Average rates decrease as ε _m , which is the cost of robustness, increases, and a larger interference threshold tends to obtain higher rates for FBSs.
