Similarity calculation of an improved algorithm model. The behavior that a user gives a score to a commodity is called the user rating behavior. The score value that the user gives to the commodity is called the user rating value. The frame calculates the score probability P based on the user rating behavior and calculates the similarity S2 according to the score probability P and the project type. Then, we calculate the similarity S1 according to the user rating value. Finally, we combine the two similarity values S1 and S2 to obtain the ultimate similarity S
