The PSO process to generate dynamic biasing per-BS. This figure describes how particle swarm optimisation can be applied to generate per base station biasing. It first generates the particles, checks the validity and fitness of each particle and it records the best achievable particle is in the swarm so far. PSO keeps repeating this process until the maximum number of iterations is reached
