Particle population initialization. We use the adjacency matrix to generate particles. As shown in Fig. 5, nodes that can communicate with each other are first connected by dashed lines to create an adjacency matrix. Here, 1 indicates a connection state, and 0 indicates a non-connection state. Next, the lower left half of the adjacency matrix is taken out and rewritten as one line as shown in Fig. 5.
