A seasonal change in the water level of groundwater wells 4001 (a) and 1002 (b). The red curve represents the vertical displacement near the well sites and the black curve represents the change of the water level. Comparing Fig. 4a and b, it was found that (1) the groundwater level in the entire region of the region has risen significantly from 2008 to 2009. This can be explained by the fact that the surface uplift in 2008–2009 is related to the increase in groundwater level; (2) water levels in groundwater wells 4001 and 1002 in the area changed with seasonal variations.
