The impacts of the VNF capacity ratio on the SFC HO costs. This is the results of the experiments about the impacts of the VNF capacity ratio on the SFC HO costs. The SFC HO cost meant the time that it took for all services to restore in the blockage, while the VNF capacity ratio meant the proportion of the storage of each VNF in the storage of total MEC server. In these experiments, we set the proportion of the UE of high mobility and the ordinary UE as 4:1, 1:1, and 1:4 in each cell
