Implementation process of a proactive resource allocation. First, a RT-based adaptive prediction method is used to forecast the future resource requests based on the past data of resource requests. Then, a proactive resource allocation strategy is proposed based on the prediction of resource requests. Finally, a multiobjective resource allocation method is proposed and solved by an improved NSGA-II algorithm
